1. General
The BetMaster website ("the Site") provides statistical analysis content and sports picks, produced in part by artificial-intelligence models. Use of the Site and its content is subject to these terms. Using the Site constitutes full acceptance of them.
2. Minimum age
The service is intended for ages 18 and over only. By registering, the user declares they are at least 18 years old.
3. Nature of the content
Site content constitutes opinion, analysis, and recommendation only. It is not professional advice, a promise of results, or a guarantee of profit. Past performance does not indicate future performance. Whether, on what, and how much to bet is solely the user's decision and responsibility.
4. Limitation of liability
The Site, its operators, and employees bear no liability for any loss, damage, or expense incurred by the user as a result of relying on Site content, directly or indirectly.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically each month until canceled. Prices: Football package — ₪100, Basketball package — ₪100, Combo package — ₪189 per month. Prices include VAT.
6. Cancellation and refunds
The subscription may be canceled at any time via the personal area or by WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, a continuous transaction may be canceled by notice; no pro-rata refund is given for a period already used.
7. Intellectual property
All content, picks, analyses, and models on the Site are the intellectual property of BetMaster. Copying, distributing, selling, or sharing picks with non-subscribers — including in groups and social networks — is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy
User details are stored in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and are not shared with third parties, except payment processors for the purpose of completing payment.
9. Responsible gambling
Gambling can lead to addiction and financial harm. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose. If you or someone close to you struggles with a gambling problem, contact the national helpline for compulsive gamblers.
